“
My journey with training with TJAYE began not when a doctor told me I was on the higher end of normal on the diabetes scale or when I was told I had Hypothyroidism nope it was after a family vacation and I saw someone in pictures I didn’t recognize. So I called my cousin not my coach and just talked. She said “cuz I can help vou if you let me and “trust the process”. So in faith I put myself in her hands made some dietary changes and then BABY!
COACH did not disappoint! She literally whipped my behind!!! I love that she has a vested interest in all her clients and that its not just because we are related but I know my health is her priority so when I want to give up and out COACH comes out and says “not on my watch”.

MY STORY
I BECAME A PERSONAL TRAINER….
after my sister Cathy passed away at the age of 46 from diabetes, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure. I come from a family with a history of medical problems, and four of my five siblings have either high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart issues. I myself was pre-diabetic until I lost about 50 pounds six years ago, and I’ve managed to keep it off.
