I became a personal trainer after my sister Cathy passed away at the age of 46 from diabetes, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure. I come from a family with a history of medical problems, and four of my five siblings have either high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart issues. I myself was pre-diabetic until I lost about 50 pounds six years ago, and I’ve managed to keep it off.
I believe that our health is either our biggest commodity or our greatest deficit. I want to help people live healthier lives and prevent them from experiencing the same pain and loss that I have. I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and improve their overall health.
I offer virtual and in-person training sessions, and I teach aerobics, dance, and strength training. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels, and I am committed to providing personalized and effective training.
My motto is “Our health is either our biggest commodity, or our greatest deficit.” I believe that everyone deserves to be healthy and fit, and I am committed to helping people achieve their health goals.
